ROS Technology Services, Inc. (RTSI) provides
managed state-of-the-art enterprise reporting and data management technologies to multi-unit
restaurant operators. The company takes pride in following a set of
business principles that
pre-date the philosophies of the dot-com era.
Before RTSI's co-founders started the company in 1998, they had
spent several years on the multi-unit operator's side of the desk.
They sat through numerous demonstrations of the "latest and greatest"
solutions for multi-unit restaurant information management. In the final analysis, each
offering always seemed to fall short of what was really needed.
Thus, RTSI and the ROSnet service offering began from a single statement by the company's
co-founders:

and we will do it RIGHT."
To this day, this remains our goal, and our promise.
From VERY humble beginnings -- a data center located in the co-founder's
basement, and the first installation of the ROSnet service in a Winston-Salem, NC
restaurant in 1998 --
