Food Management Analyst

Position Summary:

A Food Management Systems Analyst at Rosnet is responsible for the implementation of new clients to the Rosnet Food Cost Management module. Members of the Food Cost team also provide excellent customer service, support and perform maintenance of food cost systems for Rosnet’s clients. This position is full-time Sunday thru Thursday. The position reports to the Director/Food Management Systems.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support to clients via ticketing and phone systems
  • Resolve issues on the first call
  • Train clients to be self-sufficient
  • Identify origination of issues
  • Explain complex reporting aspects
  • Complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Implementation of new clients within defined timeframes

  • Rosnet experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
